Too Much Love is marking a decade of documenting Miami’s alternative cultural scene. To celebrate, we’re releasing a special-edition zine and hosting a launch party at the new Dale Zine store in the Design District, where we’ll also be streaming live on Jolt Radio.
Inside the zine, you’ll find interviews with some of the many artists who keep our scene flourishing, from legendary producer Arthur Baker to artist Francisca Oyhanarte and rock goddesses Ale Campos and Emile Milgrim of Las Nubes. A photo retrospective by Maureen Roxanny pays tribute to wild nights at Churchill’s Pub, and Mike Score of A Flock of Seagulls looks back at 40 years of success in the music industry.
Join us at the release party, during Miami Music Week, where you’ll be able to grab a copy of the zine and listen to our live chat with David Sinopoli (III Points, Club Space). Following the interview, stay for a DJ set by Richie Hell and complimentary drinks by Casalú and beer by Tripping Animals.Â
Special thanks to our zine sponsors Technique Records, Come On and Escala Sonora.Â
